Overestimate expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It is difficult to predict when you will go over budget, especially if your business has many projects going on.&nbsp; Unexpected expenses always pop up when you least expect them.&nbsp; To give yourself some cushion, round up or budget a bit over your costs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>2. Be flexible<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It can be difficult to estimate and plan your budget especially when you are starting from scratch. To begin with you may need to make a lot of adjustments to your budget, but don\u2019t worry, remember that this will get easier with experience. Planning to be flexible with your budget from the beginning will give you a piece of mind as you change things around throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>3.
