We are proud to announce ICCU has been named as the #1 Best Place to Work in Idaho<\/a> out of the macro employers for the fifth year in a row! We are honored to receive this recognition again.<\/span><\/p>\n

Winners were selected from an employee satisfaction survey conducted by\u00a0POPULUS<\/a>, a marketing and HR research firm. This is the tenth year for the program and there were a record number of entries this year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participating organization\u2019s employees take a confidential survey that covers the following topics: compensation and benefits, work environment, company management, employee growth and development, and work-life balance. The businesses that score in the top ten in each category are named the Best Places to Work in Idaho.<\/span><\/p>\n
