We are proud to announce ICCU has been named as an honoree in the Best Place to Work in Idaho<\/a>\u00a0for the seventh year in a row! We are honored to receive this recognition again.<\/p>\n

Winners were selected from an employee satisfaction survey conducted by\u00a0POPULUS<\/a>, a marketing and HR research firm. This is the eleventh year for the program and there were a record number of entries this year.<\/p>\n

Participating organization\u2019s employees take a confidential survey that covers the following topics: compensation and benefits, work environment, company management, employee growth and development, and work-life balance. The businesses that score in the top ten in each category are named the Best Places to Work in Idaho.<\/p>\n

\u201cICCU is honored to be named a Best Place to Work in Idaho for the 7th time. \u00a0This recognition is a testament to our Green Team culture and how we dedicate ourselves to serving our members by loving and supporting our team members,\u201d said Kent Oram, ICCU President and CEO.<\/p>\n
